AMA XpertEye

AMA is a developer of secure productivity apps designed specifically for connected field workers. It uses advanced technologies such as Assisted Reality (AR) to facilitate remote support and the digitalization of inspections and work instructions.

With the XpertEye suite of secure applications, customers can improve their productivity, reduce resolution time, retain their knowledge and reduce their environmental footprint. These applications are suitable for various vertical sectors, including industry, energy, transport, logistics, retail, pharmaceutical, and healthcare.

Challenge

AMA faced the following challenges:

  • Awareness of the technology in the market
  • Convincing companies to embrace a new working method
  • Competition with other established companies
  • The high costs associated with attracting new customers

Solution

Initially, we improved the data sent to Google Ads by tracking interactions (tracking all forms and linking with the CRM – Offline Conversion Tracking) and integrating more precise audiences (prospect lists, customer lists, visitors, etc.)

We restructured the search campaigns, we optimized keyword selection by conducting additional keyword studies per market (France, Spain, Germany and the United States) and redesigned the ads by adding ad extensions. Thanks to competitor monitoring and continuous efforts to exclude unproductive and irrelevant search terms, we have managed to increase the number of leads acquired and improve the number of qualified leads.

We then carefully started campaigns in other channels, Display, Performance Max, Discovery and then DemandGen.

At the same time, we rated the website based on our user experience (UX) recommendations.

By combining all these elements, we significantly increased the number of qualified prospects while improving acquisition costs and profitability.
